Even though we "identify" with it as far as fronting goes, we don't identify with it so far as to, say, treat the genitalia like it's ours.

the social stigmas and constructions are different for men and women. if you grew up for any time as the wrong gender it will have some effect on you

A tulpa's form is of and by the imagination, there is no need for a transition as there is in a physical body.

That makes sense I suppose, though I don't know how important that would be for a tulpa

The community beliefs about what being transsexual is like screws with them all. They need to stop thinking about genders at all. You are who you are. If you're male you're male, female you're female. You're not a hermaphrodite, but if you are, then you are.
